
The most impressive but easy appetizer to serve for the holidays! It’s full of gorgeous herby flavor from Harmony Mediterranean Blend and brightened up with a little Citrus Finishing Salt.
Ingredients:

1. Make the olive topping by mixing together:
• 3/4 cup pitted castelvetrano olives, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon Harmony Mediterranean Blend
• 1/4 teaspoon chile flakes
2. Make the whipped feta by blending in a food processor:
• 5 oz. feta cheese
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
3. Spread whipped feta in a shallow bowl. Spoon the olive mixture on top and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Harmony Citrus Finishing Salt. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or pita chips!
