This homemade cracker mix is almost as easy to make as buying a bag from the store, but WAY more delicious! Four types of crunchy crackers are coated with a little melted butter, parmesan cheese, and Harmony Ranch Blend to make the most addictive salty snack. It’s perfect for holiday parties, game day, and everyday snacking. Store the leftovers in an airtight container on your counter for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long!)
Serves: 20
Time: 30 minutes total
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups Cheez Its
- 2 cups oyster crackers
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Harmony Ranch Blend

-
In a large bowl, toss together the Rice Chex, mini pretzels, Cheez Its, and oyster crackers.
-
Pour the melted butter over the cracker mixture and use a large spoon to toss everything together. Pour in the parmesan cheese and the Harmony Ranch Blend and toss again until the crackers are evenly coated.
-
Spread the cracker mixture onto the sheet pan in an even layer and bake for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
-
Let cool on the counter until the crackers are no longer warm, then serve in a bowl or store in an airtight container on the counter for up to one week.
