
What’s better than a potato chip? A tower of crispy parmesan baked potato chip NACHOS with parmesan, prosciutto, and peperoncini! This easy snack is about to rock your world. Crispy kettle chips are drowned in a generous coating of grated parmesan and herby Harmony Mediterranean Blend, then baked to crispy perfection. You then pile the toasted chips high and tuck in salty prosciutto and tangy pepperoncini. Finish with another sprinkle of Mediterranean Blend and you’re done! It’s seriously the easiest, most addictive appetizer you'll ever make – your friends will be begging for the recipe!

Ingredients
- About 4 cups kettle potato chips
- About 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Harmony Mediterranean Blend, plus more for topping
- 3 oz. prosciutto
- 1/2 cup whole or sliced peperoncini or banana peppers
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread the potato chips evenly across the sheet pan. Grate a generous layer of parmesan cheese onto the chips. Sprinkle the Harmony Mediterranean Blend evenly across the chips. Bake for 8 minutes.
3. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and arrange the cheesy chips in a big mountain shape on a plate or serving platter.
4. Take half-slices of prosciutto and use your hands to gently bunch them into loose piles, then nestle them into the potato chip tower.
5. Distribute the peperoncini evenly between the chips. Sprinkle more Mediterranean Blend all over and enjoy!
