This isn't your average coleslaw! This Healthy Ranch Coleslaw swaps the heavy dressing for a lighter, homemade version that's bursting with ranch flavor from Harmony Ranch Blend. Crunchy sliced cabbage and shredded carrots are tossed in a creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt, a little mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, zingy apple cider vinegar, and the perfect balance of seasonings. It’s easy to make and perfect as a side dish for your next barbecue or a simple weeknight dinner. It’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

For the dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Harmony Ranch Blend
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For the slaw:*

  • 3 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup very thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

*You can also use a bagged shredded cabbage and veggie mix to skip the chopping step!

Instructions:

1. To a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Harmony Ranch Blend, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to combine.

2. Add the sliced cabbages and carrots to the bowl. Use tongs or a large spoon to mix until the dressing fully coats the veggies. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.

3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours) before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy!
