Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons Harmony Ranch Blend
- Harmony Citrus Finishing Salt
- Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to high.
2. Grill the corn, turning every couple of minutes, until golden brown on all sides and charred in spots. This should take about 10 minutes.
3. While the corn is grilling, make the ranch butter. In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter. (You can also melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.) Turn off the heat and stir in the Ranch Blend.
4. Place the grilled corn on a serving platter and brush on the ranch butter. If desired, top with chives and Citrus Finishing Salt. Dive in!
