
Busy weeknights just got tastier (and easier) with this sheet pan dinner featuring our go-to Harmony All Purpose Blend! Everything roasts to perfection on one pan, and the creamy feta dressing takes it over the top. Minimal cleanup, maximum flavor—win-win!

Ingredients:
For the Sheet Pan
* 4 fully cooked chicken sausages, cut into 1/2-inch slices
* 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, diced
* 1/2 red onion, sliced
* 3/4 lb. green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon Harmony All Purpose Blend
* 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
For the Creamy Feta Dressing*
* 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
* 1 small lemon, juiced
* 1 garlic clove, chopped
* 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
* 2 tablespoons water
* 2 teaspoons Harmony Mediterranean Blend
* Salt and pepper to taste
Optional for Serving
* Steamed quinoa or rice
* Fresh parsley, mint, or dill
*Tip: If you’re short on time, skip the dressing and finish with crumbled feta, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of Harmony Mediterranean Blend.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2. On a large sheet pan, toss the chicken sausage, potatoes, red onion, and green beans in olive oil, Harmony All Purpose Blend, and salt until evenly coated.
3. Spread everything out so it crisps up nicely and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
4. While it bakes, blend all dressing ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Drizzle the feta dressing over the hot sheet pan ingredients right out of the oven. Serve as-is or over quinoa/rice with a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Enjoy!
